When I orgasm with a partner it is loud. when I am alone I can be quieter but even then I can't orgasm without letting out some vocals. If I try to be quiet during sex then I just don't orgasm. deep breaths, holding my breath, and biting something do not help.

I used to live in a house so this was not a problem but now I live in an apartment and the walls are thin. I don't scream but I know they can hear me and probably think I'm an asshole.

my current strategy is trying to stifle it with pillows but it's not fun to not see the person and vice versa and have a physical barrier like that
