Jack Herer
A cross of Haze, Northern Lights #5, and Shiva Skunk. She’s not much of a looker but the effects are where it’s at with this one. Definitely a sativa dominant hybrid strain, I would consider this strain more Sativa than anything of course. Had a slight stickiness on the breakdown. Taste and smell had that lemon, pine, citrus, and spice. Delicious citrusy flavor. I feel like I just had a cup of coffee, energized and like my spirit has been uplifted. How does it compare to Mac 1? I’d say Mac 1 produces a stronger body high compared to Jack, but I love both. With these Jack effects I feel like it’s a great wake and bake strain. I can get my morning chores done, focused, and still have a really nice good sativa buzz. This stuff gets the creative juices going too. If you like coming up with new ideas, this would probably be a good strain to enhance those ideas. The buds were soft and squishy, had a nice moisture to them and a slight stickiness. I wouldn’t say they were dry and that’s pretty good considering the eighth I got didn’t come with a boost or boveda pack. Overall I’d grade this a 7/10 but keep in mind that’s just my grade/opinion. The effects have it that boost up to 7. It’s a really great strain if you’re looking for a creative, energetic, positive mood boost.
