I've generally tried to not show my front side due to scarring from 2 previous surgeries. It's strange I wasn't afraid to show myself (with my extra weight and smaller penis), but I didn't want people to be turned off by my scars. Finally I got the courage from within me, and said "fuck it, I've beat cancer 3 times. I should be proud of my battle scars". This is for my growth and to send a message to others about body positivity. We all have our own beauty.
