I've been on patches up until the past month where I switched to oral (8mg a day, would do injections but not covered by insurance), previously I would wear 2 .1 mg patches but I was not hitting anywhere close to the levels I was looking for. My estrogen would stay at around 55 pg/ml which is definetly not an ideal dose. I'm not sure what my current levels are since switching to oral but I imagine they're much higher.

I'm not disappointed with the size per day but I really dislike how puffy my nipples are and wish they'd just fill out to a normal shape instead of the weird unflattering triangles I got going on now. They've definitely been growing more the past 3 months or so, so hoping it's something I just need to wait out.
