The general idea of the system seems to be a free-form society game where the player are all succubi and have to manage living, "feeding", and conflicts with other succubi or religious groups, all while avoiding going too far and becoming true monsters.

The game includes an abundance of both sexuality and psychological horror, and well balanced between the two, to the point where I could see it falling entirely into one genre or the other based solely on the tastes of the group playing it. Interestingly it seems to hold back a bit on body horror. Where it doesn't hold back is on snuff (mostly succubi killing with sex, which, to be fair, is kinda part of their whole deal) and one other kink which can't be mentioned here. While the former is a core part of the game, the latter can definitely be ignored.

To be honest I don't have the most experience with TTRPGS, but a lot of the experience I've had with them has been lewd, and I really like a lot of the directions the game takes. It's clear that the entire concept was carefully built to keep sex as a core part of the experience, for example including a mental health stat in addition to physical health and a character's looks being important but not in the moment-to-moment gameplay. All that to me seems like a MUCH better idea than trying to mash sex into something that wasn't built for it (looking at you, lewd handbook).
