Hey everyone,
I’m currently navigating student life here in London and looking to find a few more people to connect with outside of my uni bubble. When I’m not in lectures, I’m usually working in hospitality—so I know exactly which bars in Central are worth the hype and which are total traps.
A bit about me:
The Nerd Side: I’m deep into data science and Python coding. If you want to talk about AI, machine learning, or why my code won’t compile, I’m always game.
The Relax Side: I love cinema and try to cover "all woods." I’m a big fan of Tamil films (Kollywood), but I’m equally down to watch a Hollywood blockbuster, a gritty indie drama, or a classic thriller. Basically, if it’s got a good story, I’m watching it.
The Anime Side: I’m moving away from the mainstream stuff like One Piece. Lately, I’ve been more into things like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Sakamoto Days, or Jujutsu Kaisen. I’m always looking for new recommendations that aren't 1,000 episodes long. (I KNOW, ONE PIECE IS REAL)
What I’m looking for:
I’m hoping to find people in London (ideally 20–28) to genuinely hang out with. Whether it's grabbing a pint in Soho, checking out a food spot, or hitting up the cinema for a new release.
I’m down for intellectual deep dives or just incredibly stupid memes.
To start the conversation:
If you had to pick one movie (from any industry) that you think everyone must see at least once, what is it?
