Dragons/Wyverns tend to hide from the eyes of the humans. Years of hunting and trapping caused their numbers to dwindle. There are not many left. Legends say if you see one crossing the full moon, it can lead you to your fate; the distraught princess happens to see one.
After a disastrous night, a ball held in order for the King to pawn off his only daughter for wealth and land, the princess runs from the castle in fear of the man who offered to buy her hand. She refused to be sold to a man who she knew would only harm her. Running into the palace garden she feels the cool winter air. There would never be a place she could go where she wouldn’t be recognized. Until, she found fate.

The idea of the plot is generally around a runaway woman (princess or not) finding a dragon who may need the aid or needs something from her so they create a pact. Promising to help one another until the conditions are met. Where they go after that? It’s up to us!
