Hi, I’m new here and to Reddit as a whole. I was recommended to this subreddit by one of your current members from a post I made in the bedwetters club. Basically, I have just re-began my bedwetting training and am making fast progress. However, I’m approaching the point where I usually stop the training after my motivation reduces (around 1.5-2 week mark). I would really like to have some people that encourage my training and motivate me to keep it up so that I can push past the hard part… anyways, thank you all for reading and I look forward to being a part of the group :)
For people who have successfully become bedwetters, what were the signs throughout your experience? If you could give specifics on mentality, feelings (physical), situations, or even just subtle signs that it’s working I think that would be incredibly helpful. Also was every change gradual or was there a moment where a switch flipped?
I ask because i myself (and I’m sure many others) hyper-fixate on every last detail of what could possibly be happening in our training and sometimes it’s hard to know The difference between progress, backsliding, and something that isn’t even relevant. Being so focused on the goal can be very blinding in this circumstance.
The more detailed the better :)
Hello. I have never been a bedwetter even as a child, but go through spurts where I attempt to train for it because I find it very comforting (I am ABDL but I’m SFW and a little… I find using diapers helps me relieve stress and enjoy the headspace) I usually stop the training because of the lack of sleep it usually causes, not because I change my mind on becoming a bedwetter. I have had some success on these ventures in terms of waking up wet with no memory of waking to pee, which gives me hope that it will be possible for me to learn even though I think exhaustion plays a part in those events.
I am curious as to if anyone has tried any tea to aid in their training. I am planning on trying a combination of dandelion tea (diuretic) and valerian root tea (deep sleep aid) before bed to see if that helps. If anyone has any suggestion, warnings, or advice on that I’d be happy to hear it :) Thanks
P.S. I am also looking for a new hypnosis file for bedwetting so if you’re passionate about one lmk
I am new to this app and apologize if this is an inappropriate question to ask on this subreddit (I read the rules and it seems fine lol). I am having a really hard time finding a hypnosis file I really enjoyed and am hoping to get some help if anyone else is familiar. I don’t remember the author or file name, here’s what I know…
-Fractionation technique
-Female hypnotist
-real voice, not robotic
-Good audio quality
-Probably around 30 minutes or so
-Most likely found on WMM, internet archive, or YT
-I think there was something about a kitchen faucet? Might be mixing it up with another tho
-The tone during induction is a bit teasing and I distinctly remember the author giving a sharp snap and saying something along the lines of “no not yet, you’re not already falling into trance are you?” Or something…
I apologize if this is super vague, it’s been awhile and I sometimes have a hard time remembering good hypno files anyway… main things are the first 2 and last point, I think that will narrow it down the most. Thank you!
