My apartment complex is set up with unit balconies facing out towards other units separated by a small courtyard. I often see an older guy sitting out on his balcony if I had to guess he’s probably 50+ or so.

Lately I’ve been getting more and more into exhibitionism and flashing type of stuff, that along with my taste for older guys I got an idea. I waited for him to go outside one day like he normally did the I went out to water my plants on my balcony. Only this time I was topless, I made sure to stay out extra long and let him get a really good look before going back inside
