Hey so I am 21 male, good looks, a bit fat but not obese, 5'11

So I have these man boobs or gyno, I am thinking about surgery as I get sort of bullied or pointed out alot due to them

But I sort of like them, I want them to be sucked sometimes too but can't ask for it...even had a break up...this might be a reason...lol

So how can I have a one time sex with this fantasy of mine...and go ahead with gyno surgery... I am in india so really hard here....
