You’ve been looked over once again, denied your birthright and cast aside for yet another male. It was no surprise of course, your king father was a stubborn man, deeply sexist and desperate to replace his lost son with a new male heir.
See, your eldest brother died two weeks ago due to an unforeseen illness. Your second oldest brother and spare prince had given up his titles three years ago when he left to join the Church and dedicate his life to the gods. Leaving only you and your sisters as potential heirs, and with you being the eldest of them it only made sense that you would inherit the throne as your Kingdom’s first ruling Queen.
But, no. Your father won’t allow his legacy to be that of the first king to handover power to his daughter, even despite the neighboring kingdoms having had ruling queens before. How would the people react if they knew you were next in line, how would your enemies prepare?
In a desperate attempt to fulfill his need for an heir, your father went behind your back to formulate a wedding between you and me. Oh, and who am I? Well I’m a spare prince from a few kingdoms away. An ally for sure, but one you barely knew of and one you certainly hadn’t met before.
The only reliable information you could find on me was that I was large in stature, perhaps a bit dimwitted and simple minded, and that I was more sculpted for battle than I ever was for politics or diplomacy.
Unable to change the circumstances you find yourself in, you will have to use your cunning attitude and clever wit to rule your kingdom from behind the scenes.
Hey! I hope you enjoyed reading that, though I’m sure not all of it makes sense on first read as I tend to word vomit out these prompts otherwise they will end up 10 pages long. Essentially, I’m looking for someone who is searching for a long term roleplay partner. I want to explore the dynamic between our two characters, and how you manipulate my character into doing your bidding or ruling in a way that YOU see fit.
While I’m not exactly looking for a sexual Dom (unless you want to be) I certainly need an emotionally manipulative woman to play out this role. I’m not looking for someone submissive is essentially what I’m getting at.
I want this roleplay to have drama, stakes, petty grievances, internal conflict, and more. Our characters don’t have to despise each other, but they certainly won’t see eye to eye in the beginning or on all fronts as most couples do not in reality anyways.
