Risk of silicone sound failing, and stretching and sizing advice with silicone?
I bought a silicone sound from SiliconeNozzles and while it feels great, I'm a bit concerned about the narrow section near the end possibly ripping while I'm pulling it out and having to take a trip to the ER. Does failure happen often? Below is the product in question. I got it in 0050 soft.

Also, is 0050 enough to get a permanent stretch over time? How much time roughly?
I can handle up to Fr 34 in metal, or about 11.67 mm after pushing a bit, so it's not a comfortable fit, it's still a slight stretch, and am just stuck there. I've tried using the Rokito stretcher as well, but it's like even a small stretch with metal is really painful, and I'm not able to get up to 12mm. So I'm wanting to use silicone to stretch instead and go gently.
How much higher in size should I be going in silicone 0050 to get a stretch if I can fit 11.67 mm? As noted above, I can go to 13 mm silicone 0050, and might be able to go more. However, I'm not sure how much of an actual stretch I'm getting, especially since that particular sound isn't 13mm all the way across.
