First: as we cross the 10,000 subscriber threshold, I want to thank all of you for helping this subreddit to grow. I created r/WhiteboyAcademy because a space to allow men who want to explore their sexuality without feeling shame for being white is desperately needed. In my opinion, BNWO is about *empowerment*. White boys should feel proud to serve their Black Alphas, and they need a safe space to contribute, learn, and grow. With the subreddit becoming more popular comes more spam and drift. I want to make it clear that this is not just another subreddit to post low quality selfies and make chat/hookup requests. There are plenty other subreddits dedicated to that. But this also brings tension because hot posts from content creators and porn such as sissy hypnos do genuinely feed what white boys need to stay loyal to the BNWO. With this, these changes will be made moving forward:

1. All posts will be text based by default. Ask questions, share how you served. This is supposed to be an interactive subreddit.

2. If you would like to post media such as photos/videos, you may request to do so with the moderators. We are looking for creators who are serious about producing high quality, consistent posts.

3. I am going to make a better attempt at creating more interactive and engaging meta-posts such as the ones pinned in the subreddit. But like everyone: we have lives outside of this fetish.

With these changes, I am dedicated to help mentor and lead white boys to exploring their alter egos and show them how they can integrate their two sides together. This is a new frontier as more white boys embrace their bicuriosity and reject the notion that they must be always straight acting. Please don't hesitate to add your opinion on what your needs are and how this subreddit could help.
