Happy Friday. Been using new lotions for my skincare routine and I think that has improved my complexion lately. Trying to avoid too much sun exposure since I'm an oldie and don't need to accelerate wrinkles. Rereading Lullaby by Palahniuk. Hope everyone will enjoy this weekend especially if you're lucky to get it long.

Happy to be back on reddit. I took a tiny break to get my mind straight and figure out how I want to live the rest of my life. It meant I had to end a connection that could've gone deeper to be a better partner to my long-term boyfriend. I am realizing more and more that it is better to stay virtual and closed off for anything further. I don't have to experience everything. There's a quote from Bill Hicks that helps: "Why go to the beach? I got a bath tub and an imagination."

Normalnudes is a great community overall because we share who we are without any bells and whistles. Minimalist and stark. Just feels the most honest. (imo)
