For all of us here in this subreddit, do you groom yourselves? Do you have a barber that takes care of the whole body? Does your spouse or partner help?

Moving on, what is your process? Exfoliate, trim, shave with manual razor or electric? Lotion or aftershave?

Merely nonprofessional interest on my part. I've helped some friends in the past and I've been thinking about it recently.
