I still couldn't believe that this program not only existed, but that I had been one of the select few accepted into it as well. My entry scores were excellent, no criminal record and an overall... benign man for all intents and purposes seemed to net me the chance of a lifetime.

What started as a general, innocent seeming physical turned into a call within a week from the government. Due to my medical records, blood samples, semen samples and even genetics, I was deemed a "candidate" for a program that allowed men a chance to study abroad.

The offer came with free tuition, funding and even transportation. The caveat was that the government selected where I would be studying, the rest however? Was up to me so long as I behaved myself and didn't offend the country that I would be staying in.

With the course of my choice at the local university, I had only been here a week before I realized that there was a significant shortage of men, and to my continued surprise, I was the only white man around. Heya everyone! Thank you so much for reading the brief little "idea pitch" at the start there. Long story short, this is a raceplay prompt, through and through. I will be playing as a White Man (non-negotiable).

What race you are is totally up to you. All races are accepted, Middle Eastern, Black, Asian, South American, whatever you'd like. I'm HUGE into skin contrasts and LOVE that element of both taboo and exotic desire.
