Back when I was but a young lad (mid teens), I used to stay up late listening to a syndicated radio show: Late Night Love. It's where I first heard all the bangers, Diana ross and Lionel Richie's My Endless Love, Shania's You're Still The One, The Bangles' Eternal Flame...I also learned the power of a man's voice - the number of women calling to swoon over the host was phenomenal, and like the cynic I was becoming, I learned that a lot of romantic gestures, like calling into a radio show to serenade your partner are really just papering over the cracks.
All that to say I'm up late listening to silly love songs and wondering how life would have turned out if I were more of a romantic. As it is, im am attractive married dad, with a twinkle in his eye hoping for a connection that is a little more real and long lasting than a radio call in.
I'm funny, charming, with a big...brain. And will happily chat with you through the night long after the show has ended...
So pick up the phone and call into Late Night Love, you never know what song will be played next!
.p.s...I also have a deep, subjectively attractive voice...you know if you wanted to do some more literal radio role play...
