25M - Hey everyone. I’m phimosis free now but I suffered from phimosis my whole life and one day when I was masterbating I felt a sharp pain around the frenulum. Thereafter, there was a white ring which formed around my penis which got worse overtime, slowly making it harder for me to retract my foreskin. I saw doctors, I tried creams and also tried to expand the foreskin when soaked in warm water. I just had my circumcision last week and finally feel free from the wretched daily pains of having a tight foreskin.

Im 15 about to be 16 in 2 months, I have phimosis. Somehow I had the courage to tell my dad and to take advise from a Doctor, but according to him, he has had it too snd refuses to acknowledge it as ‘abnormal’ and says im claiming him abnormal by demanding treatment, I have been stretching sometimes and it did work and when im not fully erect it does pull back, but im afraid to pull it behind the head in 60% ish erection case as it may cause para phimosis. It has gotten better after very little stretching but I wanna fix it. Will it fix its own on stretching or skin diseases are the reason ?
