How do you deal with toxic upper management?

Context
I am working as a creative supervisor for a FMCG/Beauty and Wellness company, and we have this website project since last year pa. Until now hindi sya maapprove kasi everytime we present update, may bagong instructions na way different from the previous direction. Ok lang naman sana. The problem is how my boss communicate with us, we never seen her talk calm and professional, laging attack mode.
