[A4f] From researcher to subject
Heya!
A new variant on my favorite theme, this time with changes inspired by a fellow poster. I am looking for someone to dive into a dystopian sci-fi story with me, which will be balanced between psychological horror, bdsm, and themes of medical play, research, and body augmentation. I will play a managing researcher at a specialized medical facility that makes a habit of violating ethical codes in the pursuit of science and development. The best way to set the tone of the story is the following snippet, that sets the scene for your character. Please mind that your character is yours to create and play, feel free to deviate as you see fit, the sample merely illustrates the direction I am aiming for.

You were so goddamn proud that you could barely contain yourself. Having dragged yourself through years and years of study programs, chasing degrees, and slaving through internships, you the message you had been dreaming of all that time arrived.
You were personally invited to work alongside Renata Silco, leading researcher at a smaller research facility of the Medicia corporation, the infamous medical company that controlled the vast majority of medical and biotechnical infrastructure. More than that, if the letter was to be believed, you were to work directly under Renata as their right hand, which could only mean you were hand-picked by them from the highly competitive sea of overqualified applicants.
As for many in the field, Renata was your idol. Each of their articles a breakthrough, their books circulated though all relevant academic circles, and every discovery pushing the frontier of what the human body and mind were capable of.
That first day would be the first time you felt nerves in a decade, but you capably steeled your expression.
No signs were visible in the beginning. Running the numbers, administrative task, processing lab results and testing data. Tedious work, almost secretarial, but it did not get you down. You saw Renata each day, and every paper you processed travelled from or to her desk. You were contributing, and building a reputation as reliable employee had been the first step at every job so far. You gladly went through the motions one last time. Things would slowly start taking a turn for the worse, however, as new tasks and demands started taking a toll on your integrity. On your ethical standards as a researcher? No, much worse: Your status as employee with labor rights and resignation options would quickly erode into your new role: Research subject, plaything, and stringed puppet danced around by Renata's unyielding influence.
