[M4F] Bucket list of the dead - things I want to do before becoming a zombie!
Whether it was some atom bomb testing gone wrong, some new string of the hanta or corona virus, or some entirely new disease caused by mad scientists experiments out of control, no one really knew. However, it had become quite clear that much of the world's population had been either vaporised and killed or - if things hadn't gone to shit enough already - been turned into the walking dead. In this post apocalyptic world, the modern civilized world came to an abrupt end as governments and their remains struggled for control and survival with rivaling local warlords, gangs and the like. Basic survival became a daily struggle as humans were faced with harsh apocalyptic conditions.
Just days after the event, our young "protagonist" has made up his mind: If the world had gone to shit - and there was no solution or cure in sight - he'd spent his last days ticking off boxes on his bucket list before becoming a zombie like most of his friends and family: Going for a rollercoaster ride, enjoying the latest Star Wars video game, meeting a girl and giving her some Valentine's Day chocolates, or visiting a foreign country for beach holidays. The possibilities seemed sheer endless once the carefree man decided he'd not settle for his apocalyptic humdrum.
As it so happens, you happen to come upon the young man as he carelessly strolls into an abandoned store - oblivious to all and any threats, instead whistling a tune. Clearly, he was "out of touch" as he strolled through the aisles.
