Here is the solution I made, more or less, thanks to the suggestions of everyone in the prior post.
I looked for ideas that were more economic, not requiring custom made clothing for the most part, as such a large... member, would demand a custom made fit to hold the thing in place. A long cloth pieces that wraps around the leg and hips to hold the penis in place to one leg and the balls being carried against the hip, reducing the 'pendulum' problem when walking.
Adding over that, a long skirt over very wide Harem pants and added clothing to give masquerading volume, as well as a waist bag.
Also... some ideas that popped in my head, of various inconveniences of having a hyper penis in life. For the lols.
