Does anybody have any info or thoughts about how playbox actually works?

I'm guessing but it feels like the training creates some kind of Lora, and there's stable diffusion or pony running in the background.

The system works really well but I can't imagine it was all created entirely from scratch.

I also wonder why most of generation starts with a (no nude) still image, and then generates video from that, instead of the first image immediately being porn.
