I found a singular Valium pill that was sitting in a drawer since 2019,, can i take it? I used to be prescribed it for social anxiety and i have something today that i could really use it for. Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to post in. I get that maybe it will have lost its effectiveness but other than that is it safe? Has anyone done this? Lmk

I have a package of tiny joints that I spilled a bit of coffee on like last month, I’m wondering if I can still smoke them? Probably a dumbass question but …. ????
