weird ass trip on xanax

so lately i have been really stressed and yesterday i took a xanax for the first time in like 8 months. i blacked out and woke up at night, but when i went back to sleep, it felt like something was talking to me (my bedroom is always closed with a key at night btw), it felt like it kept telling me to do something and kept whispering books to me, but i couldn't understand it and often asked to repeat itself, and it literally kept doing that. it didn't have bad intentions, at some points i felt like i could open my eyes a little bit and it was cradling me through my room and also us going through walls downwards at some point. it felt as if my feet were protected too by it smh? it was such a weird experience. then my fridge made sound and i woke up. i didn't feel scared, i was confused and sad and said something in the lines of "i didn't understand your message, please repeat it" i begged a couple of times and then prolly went back to sleep and forgot most details of what happened. dude this was so weird wtf.

can anyone relate to such a story? im not even religious

My experience on nicotine patches without a nicotine addiction

I took 21mg nicotine patches and I don't even have a nicotine addiction. Shit man, these patches are a legal drug fam. My heart had been racing the first 30 minutes and now I have the focus of someone that's living life in 4 dimensions bro. These patches are wild, my senses have picked up on everything before god had planned it to even happened. Sheesh, if I take more patches next thing I can leap through walls in 5 dimensions. Wildest shit here

I thought I'd try something else than my usual approach of asking questions.

I almost never smoke weed. I tried so in the beginning, but there's a huge difference for me between smoking and vaping. All arguments are from my personal experience as someone who did both. I'll list them below.

Advantages smoking thc:

  • i can keep getting higher by smoking more
  • the high is more intens
  • smoking is culturally more popular. people have been smoking weed for a minimum of 2500 years according online research
  • smoking away stress

Advantages of vaping thc:

  • easier to carry outside
  • requires less skill to prepare
  • smell is less noticeable by others
  • the battery is a threshold to how much i can smoke (battery empty= i can't vape anymore that day+ the next day). these are my strict mental rules to not become uncontrollably addicted
  • the chamber of my vape requires less weed to be filled, which is cheaper

Disadvantages smoking thc:

  • there's no extern threshold to stop the dose i get in, unless i stop myself. i could smoke myself faster in a psychosis
  • I get headaches afterwards, and have to cough a lot, and more intensely. sometimes i wake up at night to cough and sleep again. other times I wake up in the morning with a huge headache
  • studies have shown smoking a lot of weed increases the chance lung cancer
  • can't smoke the same joint 2 days after each other, because the filter gets soggy

Disadvantages of vaping thc:

  • there's a limit to how high i can be
  • the high is less strong
  • long term health risks are unknown due to a lack of studies
  • vapes cost more to buy, but it's a one time thing
  • requires charging, hence more cables, you might not need otherwise

The pros and cons of vaping thc suits more my needs, and that's why I limit smoking to only special occasions. this is my attempt on writing completely unbiased despite favouring vaping. let me know your thoughts! What is your preference and why?

Edit: for clarification purposes, I use a dry herb vaporizer
