With our community continuing to grow, I'm looking to bring on a few new moderators to help keep things running smoothly.
What the role involves:
- Reviewing the mod queue and removing content that breaks rules
- Enforcing rules consistently and fairly
- Helping respond to modmail and user reports
- Occasionally helping update/refine rules as the sub evolves
What I'm looking for:
- An established Reddit account (no throwaways)
- Someone who is active and can check in daily or near-daily
- Prior mod experience is a plus, but not required if you make a strong case
- Genuine familiarity with this community and its vibe
- If you have experience in automated moderation, huge plus.

A user posts something that technically doesn't break any written rule, but feels off for the community. What do you do?

A few things to know:
- This is an 18+ NSFW community. You must be comfortable moderating that type of content daily.
- I'm the only mod right now, so I need people who are self-sufficient and don't need hand-holding.
