First time ever, 30mg proper set, proper setting, perfect music, perfect people, I love all of you so much. I love the tree, I love the brees, I love the fire flies oh so so very much🫙⚡️

I have a cap with 25mg but I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits of Insufflating. Would it be worth it to take it out of the capsule, or just swallow it?
