Is constantly jerking causes the sperm cramps?
I have this sperm cramps sensation happens usually everytime i jump from at least 2ft tall or/and sometimes in small casual jump. Im not sure if jerking thing have connection to this matter because i think it have. I start noticing the pain when i was start addicted to jerking like 2-3 times a day ngl lol, and jumping in reasonable height triggers the hurtful pain, its like someone inserted the syringe inside my testacle to the point i crumpled myself down due to the pain. Now i even started not doing a small jump not anymore but sometime i accidentally doing it and expectedlt the pain started to strike. I know men know this pain and am if someone experience the same thing, how did you cope it? And what is the primal reason why this happen?
