Not Just a Masturbation Sleeve: An Honest Post About ED, Prostate Recovery, and the Autoblow 2

This is probably one of the strangest posts I’ve ever written, but I think it may help some men who have gone through prostate surgery, radiation, ED, or loss of confidence after treatment.

I recently purchased a VacuGlide Autoblow 2. Like most people, I originally looked at it as an expensive novelty sex toy. By the time I bought it through a Canadian distributor, the cost was closer to $1200 CAD, so this definitely wasn’t an impulse purchase.

It’s also massive. This thing weighs about 14 pounds, doesn’t fit in a drawer, and definitely isn’t something you casually leave sitting out in the living room unless you want some very uncomfortable conversations.

That said, I think devices like this deserve more serious discussion in men’s health and recovery conversations.

This is not just a masturbation sleeve.

For me, after prostate surgery/radiation and years of uncertainty around sexual performance and confidence, this device genuinely surprised me. Physically, I noticed improvements in erection quality, stamina, and orgasm control. Psychologically, it removed a lot of anxiety and self-doubt that quietly builds over time when you stop trusting your own body.

There’s no pressure to perform, no embarrassment, no feeling rushed, and no fear of disappointing someone. That alone changes the experience more than I expected.

I also think this could genuinely help some couples, especially where there are mismatched sex drives, ED issues, medical recovery, or limitations around certain types of intimacy.

And yes… the auto-pilot feature is ridiculously good.

The fact I’m writing a serious review about what is essentially a 14-pound AI-enabled milking machine was not on my 2026 bingo card, but here we are.

To the founder and team behind this product: thank you. I honestly don’t think you fully realize the psychological impact a device like this can have for some men recovering from medical treatment, confidence issues, or years of sexual frustration and uncertainty.

If you’re someone dealing with ED, prostate recovery, or loss of confidence, don’t dismiss devices like this as just a gimmick. There may be far more medical and psychological value here than most people realize.
