I’m looking for someone to share my studio near Terra Solis in Dubai, D2. It’s honestly a really nice, peaceful place, there’s a balcony, plus access to a gym and pool, and the whole area is super calm, which I really appreciate after long workdays.
I’d prefer not to leave the place, so I’m trying this option first, finding someone decent to share it with. Rent equally to split is around 2000–2500 , we can figure out a fair split together.
About me: I’m a working professional, pretty laid-back, and mostly busy with work. I like keeping things easy, respectful, and drama-free. I’m also happy to help with commute sometimes since I have a car.
Ideally just looking for someone chill, working, and respectful who wants a comfortable space to come back to. No strict rules or anything, just mutual understanding and good energy.
