I have not been in hypnosis for very long and I have problems getting into a trance I think it is because I have ADHD but I am not sure
Ive tried hypnosis before, but until now it hasn't really worked on me
I listend to files and not many Text sessions but i dont think it worked it just feel like I'm pretending
