26M [M4F] (North America, anywhere) Looking for my co-pilot in life

Hey there,

I’ve posted here before with limited luck, but I’m giving this another shot, because like many of us here, I’m still holding out hope that someone out there is looking for the same kind of genuine connection I am.

I’m a 26M from Eastern Canada. I’m 6’2”, with brown hair, green eyes, and an ethnic background that’s a mix of French Canadian, Jamaican, and Italian. Bit of a blend, like a Timmy’s iced capp with extra espresso.

I’d say I’m an introverted extrovert, I love people, deep conversation, the occasional night out, but I recharge in quiet moments and meaningful one-on-one time.

What I’m looking for:

Someone kind, curious, and adventurous. Someone who has their own passions but wants to share them, and hear about mine (I will talk about airplanes, but I swear I’m fun about it). Someone who can match my “golden retriever energy” but also enjoys lowkey nights, deep talks, and road trips and other means of travel. I’m a big believer that the journey matters just as much as the destination.

What I’m up to:

I work in the Canadian Arctic on a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off rotation for an airline. It’s cold, it’s wild, and it’s given me a new appreciation for warm socks and high speed Wi-Fi.

I’m currently training for my commercial pilot licence, and recently just bought my own airplane. I have my private pilot’s licence and will be adding my commercial and multi-engine rating soon. Flying isn’t just a career goal, it’s a huge part of who I am.

In my downtime, I’m either behind the camera (photography is my side hustle and creative outlet), planning a future trip, or chasing the next good ski run, beach day, or new city to explore.

A few of my happy places:

On a plane, pilot seat or window seat. To me, the journey is just as enjoyable as the destination.

The beach, preferably with a beer or margarita in hand and an evening after with a concerningly bad sunburn and no regrets.

The ski hill, started at age 2, when my parents thought it was a fantastic idea to strap skis to my feet mere seconds after I got walking down. I thank them for that though because it made me into a confident skier, even to the point where I could be in the racing team in high school.

Behind the camera. Photography is my primary creative outlet. It’s my way of expression when it comes to the way I see life. Whether it’s people or just all the other things I see in life, I like when people can see it through my lens.

In a new city, exploring by bus, metro, and a lot of walking, AKA… BMW. Travel has always been a big part of my life since I grew up as an expat kid.

Also into: animals (love both cats & dogs), casual gaming (PC & Xbox), and vibing with every genre of music (my Spotify algorithm has no idea what to do with me).

If any of this resonates with you, even just one sentence, shoot me a message or a comment. Whether it’s chatting about life, geeking out over cameras, or swapping travel stories, I’d love to hear from you.

Let’s see where this takes us.
