Actually i was unaware of the platform fee and i typed 0.00013250 BTC and the platform deduced fee and only 0.001175 BTC was paid so can i pay the remaining 0.000015 BTC to the same address?

What can i do to receive course?

Is the free training course deleted I can't find anything related to start training on website, earlier it used to ask my name and why do I want to start training but that isn't anywhere or is it just me unable to find it.
