Especially with adhd since you on them to get things done, so when you stimfap binge, life goes on pause until you recover.
1 year ago i told my doctor to take my vyvanse away because i always went on 600mg 36h stimfap binges and spend like 1000$ on toys from sex shops because you could get them delivered to your doorstep in an hour.
Then 6 months ago i started to buy euro speed from the streets and this led to worst stimfap arc ever because i was able to use it as instant release like snorting and boofing.
I stopped that and was clean for months, and now i got only 18mg concerta and that STILL woke up the desires to stimfap so i abused it and chewed the pills and stimfapped lol.
I now upped the dose to 36 because 18 didnt work for long for legit adhd purposes, anyways i try to stick to normal use as best as i can, i need to fap 2 times before taking the pill, so the instant release part of the pill doesnt give me so much libido.
Even without stims if im without fapping, after 3 days im just constantly craving stimfapping and thinking about it, even after months of being sober completely.
I think concerta is the only option since other adhd meds either dont work or cause abuse easily, since this actually has a physical system built into the pill that releases it slowly
