so I have been taking Xanax for a while, but I started doing little breaks between because I wanted to stop. It’s prescribed ( from the pharmacy, they’re not fake) and I usually just take them to sleep or to relax if I’m feeling really bad. I used to take much more but these past months I only got 2/4 mg a day with a few days in which I took 1 mg or non-at all, last night I took 4 mg or 2 mg after a few days not taking them. These past hours I took 2 mg then another 2 mg and they ended with 4 mg so I took 8 mg in total in like about two hours, am I gonna be okay? My tolerance used to be very high but I don’t know about that now knowing that the dose was lowered and that I skipped a few days.
