It features a psychiatrist who is referred to a female patient to treat her for extreme social anxiety and depression. (Can be anything else too.) First the appointments goes well until the psychiatrist start looking forward to their them. Fantasizing about keeping her all to himself. He builds a safe space that sometimes crosses the line. While she actually starts getting better, he fears losing her. He decides to ruin her progress, leaving her dependent on him, emotionally and sexually.
