Traditional Baptism

I’ve been reading up more on baptism and how it would’ve been practiced in ancient times. I understand that not only would it have been done in natural moving bodies of water (springs, rivers, seas, etc.), but also would’ve been done completely nude as a means of preparing the body for a sacred encounter and having nothing between it and the water. How do you think your church would respond IF they were presented with undisputed proof about this being the only acceptable form of baptism?
