How to approach being sexually active
So I’m an 18 year old bigender trans guy, I’ve only been in two relationships and those were the only sexual experiences I’ve had. I would either really want a partner or a friends with benefits situation (preferably with another trans person). I want to top more than bottom, but I don’t have a pack and play yet (tried to buy one yesterday and it ended up just being a regular packer)
So I guess I’m wondering, how do you meet people where it’s clear both of you want something sexual or romantic? I’ve tried dating / hookup apps, mostly grindr, taimi, feeld, and translr, and a lot of the people seem very cool but they seem a lot more sexually experienced than I am which makes me feel intimidated, and they’re into BDSM and kink stuff which I’m not against but doesn’t really interest me.
My approach in the past has just been meeting people in a regular way and becoming their friend, but I keep getting into situations where me and the person I wish I could be with are best friends and they don’t feel romantically about me, and I’d feel like a creep for bringing it up after years of friendship. This has happened like 3 separate times now so I feel like I need a new approach lol but I’m just not really flirty with people if I’m not for sure aware they want it.
I’m also a little worried about being taken advantage of because I am a small person and I’m also autistic, I’m just worried someone will use those things against me somehow
