
Fitness and nutrition program as a married straight crossdresser
since I’ve started dressing full tilt since last September I’ve altered my workouts and wanted to share for those that might not be knowledgeable in this dept.
i aspire to be ripped enough to look like ”a stud“ w my wife. but- I don’t want to bulk too much, when I started going all out I didn’t feel right being massive and dressed. not shaming any buff cds. I just want to look like a lean woman when I doll up. if you’re jacked or plus size or whatever you’re obviously valid. just my personal choice.
I’ve found that pull ups and chin ups work great, as well as obscenely heavy leg and butt days once a week. I want to achieve those natural female like curves without estrogen. Tiny waist and nice cake, hehe.
I eat two meals and enjoy a protein shake for lunch. high protein is key. Being mostly vegetarian has aided in keeping my figure leaner.
