I'm unsure if Kenjaku (the brain Mahito's holding) is genderbent here, but sorta leaning towards yes. There was a Twitter source for this image, but the artist has since deleted their previous Twitter account. They have a new one, but they haven't posted this image as far as I know. Also wasn't sure which flair would fit, so I went with lovecraftian since the cursed spirits in jjk tend to look sorta eldritch, please lmk if another tag fits better so I can possibly change it
