So basically it takes place in a world where the birthrate of women has declined so women and men are selectivly paired based on genes that are more likely to produce women therefore men who aren't the top of the line genetically don't get women and are extremely horny all the time to combat this men that have more feminine looking traits are drafted into a program where they become free use and have to dress more feminine basically what this means is at any point a man can request to use you wether your walking through a grocery store, walking down the street, or pumping gas a man can use you the positive side of this is the government pays all your living expenses men who are selected to become free use are marked (breaclet, necklace, tattoo etc) or can be requested through a app but a user can only be requested 3 times a day by 3 different people
