I had my PA done and my wife didn’t like it. It got infected, I got rid of the infection and I took it out. Still healing but it’s almost back to normal. One of the main issues she had with it was worries about UTIs or other issues caused by bacteria or scraping from my piercing during sex. Another was the obvious of teeth when it’s in her mouth. She seems somewhat open to the idea of me getting it redone. I would redo it again tomorrow because of all of the reasons we all do it. I love the look, loved the feeling, and the confidence. I really want to have it done again.

My question to you all, and this goes for everyone regardless of your sexual orientation (bi here) is… how would you approach this? Has anyone had any issues? Are most men with these piercings gay? Do women like them? Is it normal for a woman to be apprehensive? What can I do?
