Dry test fit for new pump setup
Pretty much brand new to ball pumping, but have been idly interested for a while. After about 3 full pumping sessions, I'm sold!
Before this jar I was using smaller ones using the slippery hose yank out method, as they don't have premade hole for the dispenser spout. Seemed to work, but a pain to get to seal with a hose in place, and no gauge to control the vacuum.

Enthusiast Question
I've been at the act of sounding for roughly a year now, and going by what I've read about other's experiences it seems like I'm about average for experiences and size gains. My question is if anyone has come across the Hegar style sounds the are gradually tapered from one end to the other with only a millimeter change in size, instead of that relatively sharp jump from one size to the next in the middle. Its more or less a convenience issue, I do have a set of the tapered sounders with the beads at one end, but the next size up one is just a bit too big too quickly to make more controlled efforts in stretching comfortably. Has anyone come across items like this? Google searches can be a bit broad and unhelpful sometimes.
