Use a ruler or measuring tape and take a clear photo as proof.

Calculate the difference in millimeters.

Chosen scale: Flat 10 → 10 slaps or punches per millimeter of difference.

The person with the smaller dick receives the punishment from the winner.

The winner decides the punishment for the loser

Whoever has the biggest cock wins and the winners choose the punishment.
