Hi everyone! I really want to join this community but I am finding it so difficult to get over PNC. Even when I do the thing where I am sitting upside-down and try to drop ot in my mouth. Anyway if anyone has advice or encouragement I would love to join you guys it this hobby!
So I am 22M and where I have grown up/ live is a very prudish and religious culture how do I become more ok and comfortable with the fact that I am a nudist? Like whenever I go to nudist events I feel so happy but as soon as I leave I feel shame or like I've done something wrong or that I have this double life. Anyone else ever feel that?
To be clear I love nudism and my religion and want to keep both. I know that not everyone will relate to this but still if anyone has any experience or is in the same boat I'd love to hear what advice you have.
