I tend to do more audio based inductions now but thought id share an old text induction. Its a basic induction that does drop and then wake.

You only need to relax and read.

There is a warm relaxing sensation in your feet. It relaxes every muscle as you breathe and relax.

Relax, breathe in and out.

Your feet relaxing so completely.

Breathing in and out.

Everything so calm and peaceful

So relaxed, breathing in and out.

Nothing distracts you.

As your feet relax, the warm sensation climbs upward, relaxing your legs.

Breathing in and out.

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

Every muscle in your legs and feet relaxing.

Nothing but my words and your peaceful place.

Your legs and feet so relaxed.

Breathing in and out.

Each breath relaxing you further and further.

As your legs completely relax, the sensation moves upward to your chest.

Every muscle completely deeply relaxed.

The more you focus on my words, the deeper you go.

The deeper you go, the more you focus on my words.

Breathing in and out.

So calm and peaceful.

My words guide you like gentle whispers.

Scrolling becomes automatic.

Now are you relaxed?

Imagine yourself at the top of a staircase, as I count down from 10 you are walking down a stair at a time focusing on my words and seeing each number appear in your mind as you go.

  1. taking a long deep breath in and out as you take the first step

  2. Focusing on my words

  3. Feeling more relaxed with each step

  4. Another deep breath feeling warm and happy

6.You feel lighthead and relaxed without any cares feeling obedient.

  1. you fall into an even deeper relaxed state completely at ease

3.Feeling your control slowly floating away like a balloon which I hold for you

  1. focusing on my words not caring about anything else around you

  2. Another deep breath as you reach the bottom

You are now in a green meadow, you are by yourself and feel the sun on your face and the grass between your toes. You can see your favourite flowers round about you, what flowers do you see?

Good. You can see the balloon that holds your control still floating away from you, although no have no desire to move for it, only read my words.

You lie down on the grass now completely relaxed and calm with no other thoughts in your head. You see a cloud above you and there appears to be a word in the cloud, it is out of focus so you need to keep staring longer all the time becoming more relaxed.

You breathe in deep again the cloud starts to clear you see the word.

Obey.

This makes you happy, relaxed and obedient.

You imagine a countdown from 5 in your mind, the numbers appearing as you feel yourself drifting off in the warm meadow.

  1. Feeling yourself slowly deepening into trance

  2. Obey

  3. Drifting deeper and deeper

  4. Obey

  5. Now completely intranced

Now how do you feel?

Once you have written how you feel you will come back up on 5 for me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
