Should I increase tube size?

Currently i use a leluv 1.75.

My glans packs the tube, mid shaft is hitting the tube in a few spots, base has a ways to go still.

Due to the glans hitting the tube should i go up a size?

My concern is that the glans will create a seal and the rest of the shaft won't get the benefits.

I've heard of putting a small coffee straw in between the tube and glans so pressure can equalize throughout the tube. Should I go that route instead?

Mid shaft/base soft clamping girth growth

I'm attempting to gain girth for mid shaft and down to base.

Anyone with positive experience gaining girth by keeping the toe shields close together like this in the pictures?

Or does it work better with clamping the base and then having space between them to the next set of shields?
