What’s the one thing that instantly ruins a toy for you?
I’ve tried a bunch of different toys over the years and I never really cared about how loud they were until I moved into a tiny studio apartment. I can literally hear my neighbors arguing, watching TV, playing music or sometimes even having sex lol... It’s awkward tbh and obviously my brain went, “If I can hear THEM, what can they hear from me?” After that I started noticing the sound of my vibrator way too much. Instead of relaxing, I’d just be thinking, “Is this loud?? Can they hear it through the wall?” Sometimes I’d even hide under a blanket just because I was paranoid lmao. Completely kills the mood when your brain suddenly turns into a noise inspector. I ended up searching for vibrators based on noise till I got WhisperVibe and I’m loving how discreet it is and how I can actually enjoy my alone time now without constantly stopping to listen for footsteps or wondering if someone can hear me through the walls. I didn’t realize how much I was stressing about it until I finally didn’t have to anymore but it made me realize that noise might actually be a dealbreaker for me now. Curious what everyone else’s is though. Too loud? Weak vibrations? Annoying controls? Battery dying at the worst possible time?
