Am I too thick to get longer?
Since December I have done both high tension extending and pumping nearly everyday. I started out 5.5 NBP 6.25BP 6.125EG.
I have logged over 160hrs extending and following each hour of extending have done 3x5min pumping and now 4x4min.
I am currently the same 5.5 NBP but about 6.25EG. Post pump I’m about 5.7 ELNBP 6.75 EG.
I have used high tension both in sauna or with heat pad almost every single time.
In the last several weeks I have began soft clamping but I haven’t seen much in the line of results.
Unfortunately there is no way I can use an ADS.
I am fairly fit, body fat is probably around 13%.
Unfortunately 12 of that 13% is kept in my fat pad regardless of having extreme vascularity and nearly defined 6 pack.
