As title says, I'm a first time ona user and what would you recommend for me and my size (~3.5-4.5in). I'm more girthy than I am long, so if there's something that's made for that, please lmk, something in the middle is fine too

Someone recommended Kaku Meiki DX IKURA Star to me, but after some reviews it seems like it'll be for larger sizes, does look like it feels good tho.
